P.S.  Is there any way to fast forward when watching a demo?

Is it just me or is this a demo of the []s goofing off before the round?

The controls can be a bit tricky to time right it seems, but it seems best to speed up the play a bit (200% speed or so for example) and watch it going a bit faster. By typing in demoui2 you get a fast forward button, like Kerinthious said.

Great match guys! A lot of fun to watch as well. I only watched the first half, but based on what I saw:

1) Great play by our medic / heavy combos!! CSTF was getting steam rolled until they adjusted their line up away from 4 Soliders, and even after that, it was too late!

2) Phased, you are a pimp Spy... Comic is pretty good too, so it was fun watching you 2 go at it, but I think you double backstabbed their medic / heavy combo 3 times that I saw.

3) Their scouts weren't nearly harassing Helter enough when he was a Demo, which let Helter do what Helter does well around cap points.

Overall, a lot of fun to watch guys. Keep up the great work!
