Active clans in EU time zone?

Hey, I've been playing TF2 allot lately, and decided I should find a EU PC clan to join to increase the challenge level in the game.
So far I've only played on pubs, but I'd more like to get to know some people and play with them.

The clan I'm looking for must be active, mature and focused on team work. Doesn't have to be competitive, but I wouldn't mind to try this out. I like to play different classes, and have no particular class specialty yet, but if I get together with a good team I'd not have a hard time sticking to one class.

Alternately I've seen gathers and pick ups being mentioned, so if anyone could point me to some EU gathers and pick ups I'd be glad

Well I have a clan for you. TAW is mature group of guys who like the game. We play do play skrims and wanna get better with our teamwork but leagues are not for us. We train
2-3 times a week. Check out the website taw.net (we are multigaming and in the TF2 EU side we have around 10 members now) also add me in steam for more info
