Alltalk on server #5

Was putting server #5  on alltalk necessary? It's not as if we don't already have ventrilo.  If nothing else it disrupts team play.

is it voteable?

Isn't server 5 the noob server?

 I support alltalk on server 5 so that we can create a friendly environment, and not a hardcore "ive gotta win" atmosphere as you would find in servers 1-4. Hopefully the friendly environment where people can just chill out will make some players visit us at a later time.

I wouldn't even consider enabling alltalk on servers 1-4, but server 5 is 32 man, spamfast with hella crits, and it is what the people wanted.

I didn't know you could vote for it, nor did I know you could initiate votes for or against alltalk, thanks.

By default, alltalk is off in the server.

However, when I am playing in it I initiate an admin vote because I enjoy alltalk on the server. After the voting finishes, I enable alltalk if the vote passes, and alltalk will be enabled until the end of the map.

Every time I've initiated a vote (10+ times on various maps), the general consensus is to enable alltalk, and with it enabled everyone seems to have a good time.

well, is there a command for a player to initiate an vote on alltalk themselves? or does an admin have to do it?
