Am I the Only One Who Disguises as Enemy Spies? (and I do it almost constantly as well)

Some (at least) 2/3's of the time I'm playing Spy I disguise as an Enemy Spy.

Just wondering what peoples opinions of disguising as an Enemy Spy are?

I only do it if i'm going to sit by their spawn and wait, I'll generally disguise as a pyro or demo to get past the front lines.

Hasnt this all been well established by now <_<

It's a good trick for the first time, but the enemy is going to pick up on it quickly.

I don't like disguising as an enemy spy, but if I do, I'd hang around the enemy base, and then still, I'd have to stay close to the respawn room(s). Spys are almost always in disguise, so, like Runtime said, it'll only work the first one or two times before the enemy team figures it out.

I've thought about doing a test where I as a friendly spy purposely injure myself (by, say jumping from heights) until I'm at mid health and then run around my own base undisguised to see how many people spy check me.

nope, i disguise as a scout, almost every single time, no one expects a scout to be a spy
and they shouldnt even see me for more than a second anyways, so they wont notice the speed diff
unless im way back behind them, then i might go sniper to blend in

I dont like disguising, cloaking, using my knife or my sapper. Its all about the pistol.

I used to disguise as an enemy spy quite often, but I've found that a lot of folks get twitchy when they see a spy of ANY color, whether it's there own team or not. Something along the lines of Pavlov's Dogs I guess. Even just seeing a spy initiates some sort of mental reaction where they are then hyper-aware of spies. So, I stopped disguising as an enemy spy.
