Am i clan worthy?

I got TF2 right when it was released, and i played it a ton.  I played mostly sniper, and he was my most played class by far.  I than stopped (dont remember why) until the pyro update,and now am playing more than ever.  I really want to be in a clan and i thought i was ready to look, but after seeing dome other peoples stats im not so sure.  Im not the most consistent player, but i ike to think i am pretty good (usually in the middle or upper middle on the score board).  I only have about 125 total hrs (most as sniper, engy, and soldier w/ 20 hrs each).  I dont really have a specialty, and i sort of have class ADD and i switch classes often depending on how i play and what the team needs.  I want to join a laid back clan that caters to younger players (im 17), but the age range is not a huge sticking point for me.  So, my question is am i ready to seriously look for a clan or do i need to increase my resume a little?  Oh and if anyone knows of a clan that i might be eligible for i'd love to know about it. Well it depends on what type of clan you're looking for. If you're looking for a laidback, casual clan, then I doubt they'll care that much about your stats. If you're looking for a competitive clan, they're probably care more about your tryouts and how you play as a part of a team than your individual skill (though that always matters).

Idealy i want to be in a clan that is laid back, isnt gonna kick me out becuz of a bad round, but still has some sort of organized match every once in a while.

You seem just right for my clan. We are casual, age doesn't matter (I'm only 16), and it doesn't matter much how often you play (one of our members doesn't even have TF2, he just shows up on the free weekends) We are trying to play in matches, although the only real one we organized never happened because noone showed up.

Im with an upcomming TF2 clan, zdh/.  We all used to play together about a year ago and decided to make a clan/team to compete in. So we are all pretty close and we bond well with outsiders as well. We are SUPER laid back, and a lot of the time we get destracted sending each other links of youtube videos of "Reh Dogg" or something stupid. We are now back together but missing some people, we could sure see how well we work together and whatnot. Our only major thing holding us back from entering a league or two is the lack of players and commitment from some of the players we have.
