Aussie Fires

Hello Guys this is Kevdon here things are bloody crazy over here.
I live well away from where the fires have been thank goodness.
It appears that the fires were lit deliberatly by some freak who has now killed upto some 300 people.

So my thoughts and best wishes go to all of those affected by this tragedy.

I believe someone is going to sit a looong time in jail for that sh*t... hopefully.

well im lucky the fire stopped 500 m away from our house.

you can tell there all deliberally lit because there were 10 in one day, all around the same time and in the worst places with lots of dead grass.

Wollongong here. Can't believe someone would light a fire like that - fucking idiots. My best friend (or one of them) moved to Victoria about a month ago. Luckily he isn't near the fires.

I find it extremely hard to comprehend why some dipshit thinks they can light a fire out in the bush anywhere in australia, let alone near population centres after a hot, dry month down south. Its just sickening, and I do hope that the arsonists are brought to justice. 181 confirmed dead, plus over 1000 homes destroyed is just horrific, and they still haven't finished searching through the affected areas yet.

I would suggest a napalm enema for the perpetrator.

My only fear is it'd be too lenient a punishment.

Time to build a under ground house surrounded by 50 feet on concrete slabs around the entrance.  The pictures are interesting because the trees still seem to be green while the houses are piles of ash.
