A wild Postal appears! (squig app?)

I've been around the tf2f pug scene for a long time now, though I haven't spent much time on the forum-side of tf2f I'd like to think my regular pugging will compensate. I try not to rage, I'm very competitive, a solid soldier or scout.
I know you guys are a very tight knit community and I'd understand if I'm shut down. People work hard to wear the tf2f tag and I respect that. Plus Ive made some mistakes as a Captain during some pugs.
I figured this was worth a shot.

I understand that encouraging my pug team to break class limits was inappropriate, and I regret it deeply, but remember It was all in good heart.
