Banned for sniping?

I was sniping in 2fort when i guess I got on a roll and started taking out all of the other teams snipers. I was getting some pretty decent kills for about 15 minutes when I went out and got 3 headshots in a row on their snipers. Next thing I know, I got banned from the server. Is there something that I could have been doing wrong (haven't been playing long and would like to prevent this from happening again)?

Not on these servers, since BoC hasn't been banned yet. Unfortunately many pub servers act that way whether the admin is convinced your hacking because your demolishing them or the admin is pressured into banning you.

Its not your fault.  I bet an admin was a sniper and he was mad that you were better than him.  Who ever banned you was probably a bad sport.

I concur with the others, bad sport and couldn't take it.

I've been kicked for things like that, knifing the admin too many times, calling the admin a dirty cheater for team-stacking when it was prohibited (not only did he eject me, he changed the server rules to make the place suck).

I'm guessing the admin just didn't like you for some petty reason.  I got banned from a CS:S server once because I went to a different college from the admin.

I was banned once for taking the teleport. To be fair, I was a spy and he was a heavy. Yet I figured at that point in the game (30 seconds to go) the only hope was for me to somehow ninja cap.

Crackin same thing happened to me in the Q server my demoman vs the admin's scout...

Got banned for suspected "aimbotting" I was fucking slaughtering anyone who even stepped outside there base on 2fort.
