Blue Rockets?

I see most of the rockets i shot are yellow like normal but sometimes i see a blue rocket out of the bunch can someone tell me what this is. i know its not just rockets but its the most common that i see.

When a bullet is of different color it means that its a critical shot. A critical shot does more damage then a normal one and you never know when you are going to get one.

The color the rocket takes is the color of the player's team that shot it.

Indeed. Crit rockets are especially tough, since the regular rocket does a lot of damage already. The only things a crit rocket won't kill on direct impact is a full health heavy or fully buffed soldier, (according to the wiki)

Note that sentry guns won't crit, and the spy's knife and the sniper rifle get crits by backstabbing and headshotting, respectively.

Just for confirmation, a crit rocket's blast radius is bigger than a normal rocket right?
