Brawl tourney? Let's hear your thoughts

So... as I've griped about in the past, finding you folks online in Brawl isn't easy. Of course, that's probably Nintendo's fault for creating such a silly online system. While lamenting this fact with Cartographer in the shoutbox one day, the topic came up of us getting a tournament together. Seeing as how wi-fi on the Wii isn't really built for spontaneous playing with friends, something more organized seemed like a good idea to me. But let's hear what you think.

At the very least, if you were courteous enough to post your friend code, lend your opinion here so I can get some idea of whether or not I'm the only one who's remotely interested.

If nobody says anything, I may start hunting you down individually and/or cutting myself.

Dude, I've been wanted to suggest the very thing you're proposing but opted to wait till Gold Rush and free weekend BBQ was over. Consider me signed up.

As seen in our past Brawls, lag would be a bit of an issue, but I think we can tolerate it for the sake of getting some quality SSBB time in.

I think there should be two kinds of tournies; One for the no-items players, and one for the players who like items.
