He should be able to shove the sandvich in his teammates mouths to heal them.

He should be able to shove moldy sandviches into nearby enemies to poison them.

Just have alt-fire drop the sandwich, play the "oh no" .wav and then anyone can pick it up for 75hp. Put the same delay the bonk drink has on it for dropping, no delay on heavy using it for himself.

Dropping the sandvich and creating a regeneration timer for it sounds a good idea, but I'd prefer it this way-
*Alt fire allows the heavy to run whilst eating. Heals 120HP over 4 seconds.
*Taunting and primary fire keeps the animation as it is now, but can buff the heavy up to 420HP, in the same way the overheal does. Does not stack with overcharge and depletes at the same rate.

Maybe it wouldn't make it on par to the shotty, but at least It'd be soemthing I'd at least consider using.
