Building Credit...how?

What are ways that one can build their credit score, report or whatever?

I know that there's credit cards, but are there other ways?

Buy stuff and pay it on time :|
Have assets

I just buy shit with my credit card, and pay it with online banking as soon as i get home so i dont forget.

LOL sorry man I think a little research on google would do you much better than any advice we can give you. Also talk to someone at your bank. They will help you build credit and build it towards something like a house. Any kind of loan or financing you do on credit builds your credit. Also I think some utilities build your credit a bit. At the very least if you stay on time with your basic bills like cable and what not you can prove you have payable accounts in good standing with a simple bill history statement.

If you're going to have a credit card then keep a low limit on it and don't request to raise it until you've been in good standing for 2 years. Always pay everything off right away and don't use it to buy things like food or dumb stuff.

Anyways, yeah online payment is the only reason I have decent credit. I'm completely inept at mailing out payments. I don't even know how to use the postal service properly. If  ever have to mail anything I give that shit to my mom. She's a postal worker though so it makes sense. I don't know why I'm still typing. I'm high as fuck. Pay yer bills on time and you can be like me.

I have a $500 limit on mine, just buy a shirt or something else every so often and I go pay it off right away.

I just got a Paypal credit card, added my bank account to it, and use my credit card instead of my bank debit card whenever possible (and log in every month or so to pay the charges).
