Ok well I've recently discovered that NetFragz lan center does not already offer Rockband. This my friends, is a tragedy. Snuts has informed me that he is going to look into the important matter BUT if we can make it happen ourselves it might work out better. It should be for the 360 because let's face it, that's the best console for this kind of thing. I can possibly bring my guitar and definetly the mic. I can't bring the durms and I can obviously bring both Rock Band 1 & 2 discs.

Here's what I need from you:

1 extra guitar
Drum Kit for 360
Your 360 hard drive if you have a substantial amount of downloaded songs. I have none. More songs=more fun.

Now, and I will keep you updated, there is a 25% chance that I'm going to drive down from Washington. If I do I can bring the drum kit. Chances are though I will be flying and I'm not going to take the kit with me. The drums are important, they are the backbone of any Rock Band and fun as shit to play.

Please let me know if you can provide any or all of the above needed items. Please, let's make Rock Band happen or you're going to have one very drunk and pissed off R4z0r. Jin will thank you.

It just occured to me that I need to play "Hotel California" in California while I'm there. The only saving grace of Guitar Hero World Tour is that they have this song and RB doesn't. So, if you have GHWT, please let me know as well and bring it with you. We can use the RB instruments in GHWT so it's all good.

IT ALSO JUST OCCURED TO ME THAT NETFRAGS DOES HAVE GUITAR HERO WORLD TOUR AND WE CAN USE THOSE INSTRUMENTS ON ROCK BAND. MAKING PRETTY MUCH THIS THREAD FUCKING USELESS AND I FAIL AT LIFE PRETTY MUCH.

I WILL BE BRINGING ROCK BAND 1 & 2 DISCS, IF SOMEONE HAS A SONG LOADED HARD DRIVE PLEASE BRING IT. DAMNIT I'M RETARDED.

BUT LET'S BE HONEST HERE, WE ALL KNOW THAT THE GUITAR HERO GUITARS BLOW BALLS AND RB'S IS MUCH BETTER. SO, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR RB GUITAR, I WOULD ENCOURAGE IT.

ALSO, IM PARTIAL TO ALL ROCK BAND INSTRUMENTS SO IF YOU WANT TO STILL BRING THE KIT, GO AHEAD BUT IF NOT WE WILL SURVIVE.

wait... rb guitars better? are you crazy? left hand button clicking is annoying as balls and the picking bar gives absolutely no feedback... maybe its just cuz im a guitar player though... i think the gh2 guitars were the best, and the most durable. followed by the wireless les paul ones (gh3?)

im sorry but rb guitars do suck... no click in the picking bar and the keys stick more on the rb guitar....
remeber rock band and actually playing guitar are completed different....

yes elevated buttons arent ideal, but the rb implementation is too clicky... i mostly just dont like the picking bar. its like playing with really thin/weak picks on bass strings or something. need myself some attack on that

and yeah, playing guitar is completely different (except for basic/alternate picking, which newbs just cant get right...) i just like pretty much all music games. for me gh/rb is more like stepmania with more rock less electronica, and more of a social thing

much easier to sing and play at the same time too.

They fixed the strum bar with the RB 2 guitar. It's stiffer and more responsive.

It's funny cause when I first started playing these games I was like oh im good at guitar this should be easy. I sucked balls for the longest time. My lil bro who sucks balls at guitar was amazing at the game. I came to the conclusion that people who suck at guitar, own at rock band, people who are good at guitar, suck at rock band.

Eventually, i got good. now i rule at both.

oh and Cyrus, beat High Tides yesterday on expert bitch! ;P
