Can't See "View Game Info"

Hi, I recently reinstalled steam, and whenever I right-click on someone on my friends-list, the "View Game Info" option doesn't show up.. 

I've re-installed it twice now and I am desperate to fix this =|

Well, that's odd. Try left-clicking the little arrow next to the name instead.

Not there at all.  In the section it should be in, it goes:

Join Game
Launch Game

and then it skips down to View Aliases

Perchance they are not in joinable games? Meaning single-player games or private servers?

It doesn't show up if your friends are in a game you don't have or if they are in a 1 player game. I tried.

I fixed it.  You just have to verify the game cache.  Thanks for everyone thinking I'm an idiot trying to join people's single-player games.
