Can't change avatar?

When i try to change it theres an error message at then bottom of the screen that reads: Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\TF2F\custom\24\images\forum\avatars\075e488d-ec00-4354-bd08-07e6805474e7.jpg' is denied. Any help/ideas/cookies?
