Class Suggestion: Crazy

The crazy is just how he sounds, crazy.

I'll start with looks.  The crazy wears brown shoes, white kneesocks, and khaki shorts.  He has a blue sleeveless shirt with the emblem of the british flag on the shirt, like tho whole shirt is the emblem.  He has a foot tall red or blue mohawk, piercings and tattoos.

The crazy like the scout can double jump and runs very fast.  He has only 100 health though.  This is to counterbalance the fact that when the crazy dies, he doesn't die immediately.  The crazy lives for 3-5 (not sure on how much would be balanced) seconds after being hit with lethal damage.  He can't be healed but is basically invulnerable and can attack and move for the duration.  In addition the crazy only takes one damage per tick of fire damage for being lit on fire, though they take full damage from the direct hits of a pyro.

The crazy is also special in that he only has two weapons, knives and molotov cocktails.  With both weapons left clicking will will hurl the weapon, the knives straight and the cocktail at an angle.  Right clicking will swing either weapon in melee combat.  Now into specifics. 

The Knives:  The crazy has two knives in his hands, he can hurl them for fairly heavy damage, maybe about a magnum shot from a spy or slightly higher.  He can also do melee attacks with the knives, for the same damage as any melee attack, but he has two knives so he tends to do higher melee than most classes.

Molotovs:  The molotov cocktails can be lobbed much like the grenades of the demoman, but have a longer range and break on contact.  They only do a slight amount of damage on impact but set the area on fire for a short duration, lighting on fire anyone that walks through the fire.  When the molotov is used as a melee weapon it does normal melee damage but breaks and leaves fire as though it was thrown wherever the enemy hit was standing setting the enemy on fire, and usually setting the crazy on fire, hence the resistance to fire ticks.  If you crit with the molotov melee hit, you are rendered immune to fire for two or three seconds, so you don't set yourself on fire.

No. The same classes have been apparent since the very first Team fortress mod, and if they were going to introduce others, that would of been done before the game came out. The unlockables is probably going to be the closest thing to new classes.

Agreed on "no", but the idea of a Crazy class sounds very suited to this game, the name, the style...though I don't think the weapons suit that well.

What this guy needs is a CHAINSAW goddammit.
