I have been an admin for more than one valve-game community over the past few years, so please trust me when I say that Clutchkill is a great host.

Clutchkill support staff is incredibly timely, polite and knowledgeable. I have used other game server providers in the past and have have tech staff be completely impolite and un-knowledgeable about the games that they are working with. You would ask for X and they would configure the server so badly that it would not run anymore. I have never had an issue like this with Clutchkill.

Clutchkill has very competitive pricing. You will be hardpressed to find a provider that has such unbeatable prices at the quality that Clutchkill provides.
With servers located in Chicago (as well as texas) using Internap (renouned for their internet services) for their ISP, you will find that your players will have a relatively great ping anywhere in the continental US.
