Those of you who are about to read must be warned that this will be a very long post as it covers every weapon for every class, even ideas on rebalancing the current unlockables for the Medic and the Pyro.

A few of these ideas were not conceived by me but were taken and refined from different suggestions made by other TF2 players.

For some of the unlockables I will add notes under to give a more thorough understanding of it or to address the certain playstyle that it promotes. These unlockables are listed in order of when I think they would be unlocked in game.

Now let's begin.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Pyro: BALANCE

Backburner: More forgiving angle for back crits.

Flare Gun: No changes.

Axtinguisher: Ban Rizzilio.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Medic: BALANCE

Blutsauger: Needles deal 3 damage.

Ubersaw: Removes 20% slow, 50% less damage now.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Spy:

Revolver -> Poltergeist:

Pros:

- Can fire while cloaked.

Cons:

- Causes flickering when firing.

- Equipping this weapon reduces cloak time by 3 seconds.

Butterfly Knife -> Throwing Knife:

Pros:

- Can backstab from range.

- Easier to escape from a group of people.

Cons:

- Can not attack again until the knife hits something.

- Knife drops after going a distance such as half the 2Fort bridge or so.

Notes: Throwing Knife allows spies to eliminate targets such as medics that always seem to stay a little out of range. It also allows him to escape much easier.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Engineer:

Pistol -> Nanite Launcher:

Pros:

- Shots repair buildings, 6 shots equal to one wrench hit. 12 shots knock off a sapper.

Cons:

- Only 12 shots in reserve as opposed to the original 200.

Shotgun -> Scrapper:

Pros:

- A healthy damage boost, especially against enemy buildings.

Cons:

- Uses 40 metal for each shot instead of ammo.

Wrench -> Remodeler:

Pros:

- Right-clicking packs the building over 3 seconds. Can be later deployed in 6 seconds while

retaining upgrades or ammo in the case of a dispenser.

Cons:

- 50% damage.

Notes: The Spyware was changed because of the fear of rendering the Spy useless. The new Scrapper allows the Engineer a greater punch at the cost of having less material to build and repair his base with.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Heavy Weapons Guy:

Fists -> Spring Gloves:

Pros:

- Can hit enemies from a bit longer than melee range.

- Looks funny when the punching gloves spring out.

Cons:

- Easy to miss with.

- Slower attacking periods.

Shotgun -> Cannon:

Pros:

- Fires several small cannon balls in an arc that explode on surfaces.

- If used skillfully can help the heavy at medium range.

Cons:

- Needs to reload every shot.

- No shotgun to rely on.

Minigun -> Roulette Gun:

Pros:

- For every percent of health missing your crit chance is inc

Old slugga should be changed to "Casey's Bat".

Now imagine if I had been like most internet n00bs and typed this whole thing without separations and bolded text. It would probably make everyone's brain explode.

Mostly good.  I dont like Engineer or Spy butterfly knife or shotgun replacement. First off, an ubercharge is invincibility - meaning NOTHING should stop it. I already dislike being seperated, but being backstabbed is just retarted. Secondly, I feel the Engineer updates will first off make spies a bit more useless when attacking Engineers, which is already a weakpoint due to shitty sapping and random backstabs. Here is what I would suggest instead:

Spy
Magnum: I like your idea, that one works
Butterfly Knife -> Dagger: Dagger has an extremely short stabbing animation, and the Spy automatically redisguises as the killed enemy. However, it only takes off 50% of the enemy's health, so it takes two stabs to do so.

An idea for replacement sapper: Sapeur-pompier (in RL, a french firefighter): Sappers don't disable an enemy building, but when destroyed, they produce a medkit and ammo pack (size depends on the building, a teleporter would produce small ones, dispenser medium, and sentry large). Good for a spy who doesnt attack engineers headon, but works independantly from behind the lines.

Engineer
Wrench and Pistol -> good ideas, keep em.
Shotgun -> Buckshot: Buckshot does 3x damage to enemy buildings, but half damage to enemy personnel.

But the problem is that these are all your ideas, and no offense but this doesn't represent even half of the ideas that have been thrown out... and not the best ones certainly.

You are adding more, right? There are TONS of ideas out there.

? It's a compilation of MY ideas and ideas that stood out to me as unique and cool. This is, however, NOT a compilation of everyones ideas if that's what you're thinking.

Fair enough on the Crystal Dagger but I thought it was a neato idea.

Also Helllazer I don't really understand what the sapper does, is it so the Spy can restock while he is situated behind enemy lines?

I still think the spy needs a weapon to use while disguised.

But... but...
Sasha! D:

If you re-named the gun to 'Tanya' or something else I'd go with it.
The Heavy likes his women big, metal, and loaded with bullets.

It can be named Tanya, the Roulette Gun is just the type of weapon like Sasha is a minigun!

Oh, kay. I thought your post suggested that you were taking ideas from all over the community.
