Hello gentlemen, I received a reply from the Valve Dev team about DLC content, heres what the mail said:
Hello Zach,

Thanks for writing. I expect that we'll be offering new maps on the Xbox
360 as downloadable content in the future. They're getting released on
the PC individually, and then we'll group them together as a single map
pack.  We're still evaluating whether or not we'll be able to offer the
other TF2 changes (new achievements and class changes), as there are
many technical issues that we'd need to work through. That said, we are
working to figure those things out and will try to keep the community
updated whenever we have new information.

Yay! Thanks for the info. I tried the Free Trial Weekend of TF2 and the game doesn't run that great at all. Super laggy and ugly.

I do look forward to when this does (if ever) releases on Live Marketplace.

Shame, dude.  I recommend you upgrade, you should get a PC from this millenium and TF2 wouldn't run like a five-year-old furiously scribbling images of stick figures firing at each other with stick guns.

I'll get the maps on the 360 if they ever come out.
