Crybaby Wah Ped Squeaks

My crybaby pedal is squeaking. Any guitarists know a solution?

I talked to the guys at the shop and they say it's an extremely rare problem, but you have to be careful when oiling because one wrong drop can screw up the entire pedal.

if you use non-electrically-conductive grease you should be OK even if you do fuck it up.
Otherwise take it apart and apply it carefully.

use a silicone based spray lubricant at the pivot points... wont affect electrics at all. 

*this also works for PC case fans that are on their last legs... i have sprayed copious quantities into running PC's with no consequence

I'm not an scrub Kankle, it doesn't squeak over the amp just the actual pedal.
