Welp, I guess you can go ahead and guess who the victor is, but that's beside the point.  We dueled on duel_inexistence for a little bit as a learning thing for me.  As you watch, you may notice the pattern of: Die, Die, Die, Domination, Die, Revenge, and so one, or some variation of that pattern.  Either way, it was a good learning experience for me, being able to watch and see what I've done wrong and what I've done right.  I think I had some pretty good moments, but you'll see that there were times where I obviously had no idea what I was doing   We talked about somet things already, but I'm interested and hearing from everyone.  I wondered if it would be worth posting, seeings how I got crushed as bad as I did, but I decided I can handle it.  I seem to do pretty good on pubs, except for TF2F (strange, isn't it? )  so hopefully I'll be working on this and we can see a closer match the next time we get to do this   Thanks to Durban for doing this!  Anyways, here's the link:  http://www.megaupload.com/?d=318IZ9H6

Enjoy!  I'm a little fidgety, so I've gotta work on that and a few other things, so tell me what ya think and give me more advice

EDIT:  I couldn't find the version of inexistence on fpsbanana that we were on, so I uploaded I went ahead an uploaded it as well, http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1WMO22S0

Yea indeed, practice, learn, practice learn.  Thats how you do it.  You can always get your aim tighter, but its your tactics that will separate you from your enemy on the battlefield.  Only experience will tell you what to do and when to do it.

I'd dare say that I'm a fairly good sniper, not because I have twitchy fingers, but because I pick my spot and hide well, choosing to go for a bodyshot over a headshot when there is no apparent need for one.

Sniping is 25% aiming skills, 65% sniping tactics, and 10% luck

Some tips
- Play your sniper like you would play an enemy spy infiltrating your base, this helps you find good hiding spots, generally dark, out of the way areas
- If you're not sure, take the shot anyway
- Sometimes, when an enemy is evading and running away from the battle, anticipate where they are most likely to run for, for example, an injured enemy is more likely to run for the side with the health pack, thus I mark there, and line up a charged bodyshot, there's no need for a risky headshot against a likely badly injured enemy, a bodyshot is more effective and more practical.
- I've said this once, and I've said this again, bodyshot, bodyshot, bodyshot, it saves time. There's no need for a 150 damage shot against an enemy with 25 health.
- A little hole is a big opportunity

I'd agree, but instead of luck, I'd say lag/lag spikes, but I guess you can say that's basically luck. Every once in a while, I'm 100% sure I clicked while the dot was on him, and he "skips" 2 feet to the side and I just end up hitting air... and of course, I get sniped.

As for as headshots vs. body shots, I agree that's the case for most classes. But against snipers, I don't notice too much of a difference. Most of my missed shots are missed wide (as opposed to being too high or too short) as I imagine most snipers do. The sniper has a very slim build, so I don't think there are too many times I missed the headshot but could have scored the body shot.

I couldnt veiw it. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to be a member?

I really suck at Sniper. I envy anyone that can use Him effectively. I do enjoy playing him. But the most head shots I have in one round is only 7. I play mostly spy, so Im glad the sniper cant see when hes locked into His scope. Id say most of my victims are snipers and heavies.
