Demomans bottle

I was wondering, anyone notice if you wack something with the bottle that it breaks? does it do more damage? how can he still drink out of it? if this has been posted already go ahead and lock this but ive always wondered

sometimes if i kill someone with the bottle it breaks but it still deals the same damage but because of the physics it breaks. i have witness that when i crit with the bottle it will automatically break.

Crit bottle on object == broken bottle == just for looks == no more whiskey

The range is still the same though, right?  I think I wacked my bottle a few times on the wall and I think it got smaller each time it broke but I'm not 100% sure.

Yes, the range is the same. The bottle breaks if you hit something 3-4 normal times. A crit will always smash it though. It would be cool if it does more damage but it's just for show. The taunt will still work as usual

i think it does more damage, someone did average tests with weapons and when the bottle wasnt broken it was average of 54 or so and when it was broken it did 60ish.  Could just be a fluke but its something to test out if you guys have free time.
