Heh, no kidding, huh? I've never messed around with garry's mod but I just got off a marathon week of HL2 and Episodes 1&2. It got better as I kept playing but the first few nights I swear I had a heart attack when they'd launch at my head out of nowhere. Although they're not as bad as the little black poisonous ones that frigging hiss. Kill it! Kill it with fire!

To stay on topic, what do you do in Garry's Mod? It looks really interesting, and I get the "you can spawn anything and build anything" idea, but like, say you're on a server with five or ten people. What do you guys do, just hang out and build stuff and have a few larfs, or do you set up like little mini maps and spawn some combines and attack them, or what? I thought it was an entirely single player thing and while I could get some entertainment out of it, I prolly couldn't get $10.00 worth since I generally don't have the patience to get real in depth with things like that, but if there are servers and a community it might be a whole different ballgame, y'know?

i havent play MP yet, so i couldnt tell you. but its a nice little stress reliever to fling a person with the phy gun and play catch with them. You can also build stuff and create other things.

its really fun for the 10 bucks.

what do you do with garrysmod...

remember that electronics and building kits for kids? where you can build all sorts of stuff with? That's garrysmod. You assemble stuff, apply wheels, thrusters, whatsoever to it and play with it. With the loads of tools and the lua port, making it easily moddable, you will find loads of addons, mods and content!
It doesnt matter if you want to build a little, simple jeep and rust around the map with it, or if you want to build a working disk drive with wiremod (a ultra complex addon for garrysmod enabled on our server), its all up to you!
