Did the machine pistol become more accurate?

I didn't notice until yesterday, but after the recent patching the smg has a higher rate of fire and is more accurate.

Is this true or did I just not pay much attention to this weapon until now?

It happend a while ago I think, Valve did a ninja-move (again) and increased its accuracy.

Its pretty accurate from the beggining I think..I'ved use that gun quite a few times and most of the timie it does the job..

It does seem more accurate I find.  I used to hate having to use it when the enemy got to close to snipe and (I'd end up emptying most of the clips into the attacker and it never seemed to hit (and I was aiming pretty well while running backwards).  Recently though wehn I've had to use it I've been able to take down the enemy with little problems.  Glad to see its been fixed
