Difficult to join {TF2F}?

Although I don't think I'm good enough yet, is it difficult to join {TF2F}? What's the current process? I dug around on the board and found some quite old thread regarding joining. Perhaps you've reached your limit?

Biggest things are:
1.play on tf2f servers frequently
2.get to know some of the regulars quite well
3.talk to members on vent
4.you have to have skills
5.be active on the forums

Good enough?  We don't look for skill, although our clan members definitely have a lot of it.  We look for activity, maturity, and dedication above all else.  Just get on vent, play on the servers, and stay active and I'm sure you'll have a good chance of getting in.

To get the password, Steam someone with the password.  We don't give it out on the forums so that we don't get a lot of griefers.

4 is a joke? we dont accept based on skill. Doesnt hurt though.
