Echelon's applying!

Yup guys, you've all read my guides and articles, now I'm here to formally apply for community clan status!

I've been on this site for about a year and a half now and finally decided to apply after being rejected the first time (I first applied after a month and before becoming a writer of TF2).

I have written for sites such as Gamereplays TF2 as a Lead Strategy Writer and most recently on Ubercharged.net; I've dedicated my time to teaching newer players how to play TF2 and improving the standards of the game as a whole, most notably with my guide "36", a documentation on the most effective ways to improve one's play with minimal change in skill.

As for server activity on TF2F, you won't see me often, mostly because I live on the other side of the world and the only times I'm on correspond to the hours 2am to 4am in the US, I do frequent the servers on weekend mornings if possible (especially sunday mornings). With my school vacation coming up, you can expect to see a lot more of me running around on the servers.

It is a real pity I'll never be able to showcase my soldier play though, certainly not with 300 ping.... guess I'll stick with engineering.....

Sorry to keep you waiting, we've seen this and are discussing it. 

If responses are going to take two weeks in coming, I will have no choice but to search for a more active group.   

It's a large clan, it takes awhile to gather responses. Right now, we're going to say no. We appreciate your enthusiasm and think you have the potential to be a good clan member. However, right now, not enough people in the clan know you well. What we'd like is for you to make an effort to get to know a few more clan members, either by participating more actively in the forums, or perhaps even staying up late/getting up early once in awhile to participate in clan events such as the PUGs. Basically, get to know us a little better, and then we'd be happy to re-visit your application in a month or so.
