Just an idea you can take and run with the Engineer Update...have the Engineer (or 3 Engineers with the upgrade working togeather) build a device (Bomb or Slushie Machine) that causes the other team to:
 
A. Everyone dies and respawns in 20 seconds...Bomb
B Everyone freezes in place (unable to take damage)(or not) for 20 Seconds...Slushie Machine
C Once it's been built and activated it takes along time to build up metal for another rebuild and use it again (say 1000+ metal points)

D Causes the other team to ...(add ideas here)

I know there are alot of bugs in these ideas but just run with them...

lo comp would become who can build the nuke first with 3 scouts trying to pick of the engis or destroy the bomb.
