Shotgun Replacement: Quickshooter

                                      
                                                               
                                                         Damage:
                                                                        -Close range: 10
                                                                        -Medium range: 8-9
                                                                        -Long range: 4-3
                                                                        -No crit

                                                        Characteristics:

                                                                         -Larger clip than normal pistol (20 rounds).
                                                                         -Alt-fire makes engineer hold pistol with both hands. Shots are rapid fire, as fast as the needle                                                                           gun. However, this makes the gun virtually useless at long ranges, as the spread is huge.
                                                                          Normal fire is basically the same as the normal pistol, except the fire rate is what it would be if                                                                           you simply held m1 down, no matter how fast you click.
                                                                         -Reload time is 3 seconds.

                                                        Aesthetics:

                                                                          Looks like the regular pistol, except the extended clip is visible. The reload animation is the                                                                               engineer putting the clip in and hitting it with his palm. Possibly some other details that                                                                                       suggest it was modified.

Pistol Replacement: No idea

Buildings:

                                        Sentry: Killtron 3000

                                                        Characteristics:

                                                                          -Robot that is controlled by the engineer
                                                                          -Engineer is completely vulnerable when controlling it
                                                                          -Slow movement speed
                                                                          -200 health
                                                                          -Armed with two miniguns, like the level 2 sentry. These have unlimited ammo, however they                                                                               are susceptible to heat build-up. When they become to hot, they are useless for 5 seconds.
                                                                          -Only a fellow engineer can heal it, and that takes away their metal
                                                                          -Slow rotation speed, regardless of mouse sensitivity

                                                        Aesthetics:

                                        Dispenser Replacement: Sentry Buddy

                                                        Characteristics:

                                                                          -Basically a gadget that supports the sentry. Babysits the sentry while the engineer is off doing                                                                            other things                                                                            
                                                                          -Provides health and ammo to the sentry, at the same rate as the dispenser for players
                                                                          -Does not upgrade sentry (engineer still has to do this)
                                                                          -Gets rid of sappers 8 seconds after placement. This means it's only useful if the sentry is at                                                                                full health
                                                                          -Can't be sapped; must be shot off (one bullet from any weapon)

                                                         Aesthetics:

                                                                           Appears as a team-colored revolving beacon of light on top of the sentry. When it's shot, it                                                                                breaks.

                                        Dispenser Replacement 2: Spy-B-Gone

                                                           Characteristics:

                                                                           -Alerts nearby teammates of a spy with a beeping noise
                                                                           -Does not reveal who or where the spy is.
                                                                           -Can be sapped

                                                           Aesthetics:

                                                                            Appears as a rotating satellite dish with a speaker attached.
                                                                          
                                                                          

                                                                           

                                                                   

                                        Teleporters: Do not need an update

Melee: I do think it needs an update, but I can't decide what it should be.

Pretty lackluster to be honest. I definitely would not use the Spy Alert because if you're not good enough to spy check you shouldn't be playing engineer anyways. The pistol might be alright but the sentry unlock seems gimmicky.

I like the Sentry Unlock but as above poster said it looks kind of gimmicky.
