Epic medic moments where you saved the team

Anyone have any crazy medic stories to share where you clearly made the difference between your team winning or losing because of a particular thing you did?

I have a couple on Payload maps, both when the time was about to expire. As BLU I was in the final assault party on stage 2 of Goldrush and we killed their sentries and half their team--as the last other BLU player got killed I charged the cart and capped with 4-5 red players not having had the time to switch from him to me.

As Red on stage 1 the cart was about 3 seconds from the cap and I was the only one left near it so I popped my uber on myself and just stood in front of the cart to stop the 3 BLUs pushing it. Turns out that bought enough time for the rest of the team to show up and we wound up winning.

Craziest kill as a medic was when I caught a red spy near the cart in stage 2 cap 1 of GR. He ran up toward the high tower and I chased him there. Just as he was about to jump onto the other side by the full health pack I ubersawed him and he went flying into the ravine.

between the third and fourth points of goldrush I had around 30% uber charge most of both our teams were dead save me and a demo and for red a heavy and someone else, I managed to sneak up on the heavy ubersaw him which I gave to the demoman around the time overtime started and gave it to the demoman so he could take out the sentry. the rest of my team having saw this were all inspired to push on ahead and keep the cart moving for a good 30-40 seconds of overtime. well it seems that red were feeling a false sense of security thinking they had already won and a few key players were afk getting a drink or some food. it cost them 2 points.

More recently on badwater basin at the final point as red, the whole red team came in for a mass attack killing everyone around me, I managed to duck into the spawn at the very bottom of the basin saving my 90% uber charge to charge on a pyro. we had no time for it to go the full 100% before leaving the spawn so I just had to run with him while it was charging up and hit the uber as soon as I got it while running at at least 10 people on the cart. ended up launched into mid air above the cart with around 3 health when I could finally hit it and the pyro wasn't much better, but we were invincible and they were not and our whole team was respawning so we'd won.
