Female Charecers - (Not dirty but need suggestions)

Hey everyone,
It dawned on me last night when my girl-friend asked me why the games I play never have women as main charecters. I know thats not completely true but she did say that she would be more inclined to play video games if the charecters were female as well as male so here goes. I am an expierenced model designer and I am asking for your help. I need female charecters that fit the personalities already in place. Here Is what I have and please tell me what you think and if you have any ideas for the other classes post them here.

Scout: Cheerleader
Heavy: Truck Driver
Demo: ?
Spy:    ?
Engey: ?
and rest ?

Please help me with ideas for the rest of the classes.

I don't understand what you mean by this post. Do you want to create models based on the TF2 classes? If so, why not just leave the classes as is, and just make the models female? There are plenty of examples in the Art thread of other people who have drawn the classes as females.

By the way, a cheerleader is NOT equivalent to a scout.

The engineer would probably be an engineer.
