Hi There

Who in here plays this Half-Life 2 Mod?

I know it's crappy, but it gets the job done

I've been following FF since before HL2 was first anounced.
Watch what you call crap.

FF was in production BEFORE they even anounced the (new) TF2.

I only called it crappy because I thought other people we're going to say it and bust on me

I played it a short while, but hard to find many people playing lately. At the most I've only seen about 10 or 12 people in one game if I'm lucky. It's pretty fun for the most part. The Scout ramp is awesome.

One of the main downsides is most of the maps are a little to large; especially since theres not a ton of people playing it anymore. Maybe it's just me, but some parts of the game feel a bit off compared to TFC. Like some of the movements or firing rockets with the Soldier.

If you already have TFC and can manage to find a populated server, theres not much reason to play FF really.

I haven't played Fortress Forever, though I would like to try it. It sounds like it could be an as good or better game as TF2, but I don't know.

Teleporters were removed since they were not origonally part of TF games.

If anything it's HL2 modded to be TFC-like.

And yes, B-Hopping and Conc Jumping is alive
