Friendly Fire in the Waiting for Players Stage

You know how when a server first changes maps there is a period of about 30 seconds where it says, "waiting for players"? Your kills and deaths are recorded in the match at that time, and I was recently on a server where during the waiting for players cession friendly fire was on as well as instant respawn. Both were automatically turned off afterwords. I think it would be a lot of fun to add that in, and I'm pretty sure all that was done automatically.

I haven't played tf2 in a week but it sounds like the omnomnom server.

That happened to me before. I thought they were hacking at first, then I realized everyone was doing it.... so then I thought they were all hacking.

I wouldn't mind if it was added to server 3

I got so confused the first time I was in a server like that, but it IS a lot of fun.  especially when you're that dick that goes heavy, punches 2 people with the KGB, then rapes the rest of the team (over multiple spawns) with your minigun

Is this FF just for 'Waiting for players' because that would be fun?

No, it's not on all the time, just during the waiting for players part.
