Game and Ventrilo Server Issues!

We are very aware of the issues of both the game and Ventrilo servers, unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our side, but we do have some alternatives for you in the mean time.
I would also like to take the opportunity to inform you that while we are certain the issue lies on ClutchKill's side, they are not to blame as they are working diligently on troubleshooting and fixing the issues. I applaud Sam and Vince for their efforts.

Anyway, as some of you may know, we still have our older servers up and running just fine if you need to satisfy your TF2F server needs. I assume most of you have deleted the IPs from your history/favorites so here they are to remind you again.

Have fun and enjoy the nostalgia of the original TF2F servers while we get the dedicated box up and running!

Now on to the tragedy that is the Ventrilo server. For some reason, not everyone can join the Vent server, whether it's some cfg file issue or what, I can't fix it. So until then I have paid for the old one to come back for another month until we get the issues sorted with the new one. If you erased that server's login details, here they are again:

Hostname: vent.tf2clans.org
Port: 4063
Password: 2fort

Feel free to use the hell out of that one until we can figure things out. Again, I apologize for the issues and just know that we are working very hard on it and so is ClutchKill.

Thanks a ton for this Voss! Just one question, do the HlStatsX run on the old servers as well? I take it they don't?

changing the voice codec settings in the cfg might fix the vent...

just incase people don't see my page 2 reply to the new vent announcement, the 100% fool proof way to connect to the new vent server is by IP address instead of tf2fort.clutchkill.com

Voss, ask the clutchkill people to fix the DNS record for that subdomain.  It has 2 addresses, the 69 address and a 75 address...having 2 confuses ventrilo probably.

Alright, the new ventrilo subdomain is "tf2f-vent.clutchkill.com", It should work fine now, If anyone is having issues connecting let us know. As far as the game servers, we're starting fresh again and we upgraded to a different OS. The game servers have been running fine for the past 4 hours, but we'll see how it goes tomorrow...
