I'm trying to become a better Soldier and that of course takes practice (I've only 18 hours of Soldiering under my belt). However, I have no idea where to practice. I'm wondering what maps you guys think are best for Soldiers to practice on.

All maps are good for soldier practice imo. If you want to improve on aiming and rocketjumping try bball.

Chaos is THE soldier map in regards to a standard map.

People still try to deny it, god soldiers set the pace for the whole game on that map though.

EDIT: I'm an idiot and just now read your post, please listen to the others and not me. I thought you were asking something different.

Dm_duel2   and dm_store are better than bball imo, Harder to aim rockets than it is to midair.

Bball is great practice.

You can practice rocket jumping, midairs, and normal rocket kills all on the same map, while having fun.

and that map. Soldiers can do well in any map because of rocketjumping. Chaos was just made for Soldiers because of the top middle. Just like how the middle in turbine is a fun house for scouts.

tr_airshot is also a fun map
