Grief Cypher Weekend

I realize this probably isn't directed at me, but I still feel the need to apologize.

A few nights ago, I egged you on in vent.  I didn't realize how you felt, and it got to the point where you said you were going to leave, and I egged you further, and you did.  I was a fool.  I had no idea how you felt about people egging you on, and you may rest assured that I will never do it again, and if I encounter others in vent, in game or otherwise, I will ask them to stop.

I don't think you should take it so harshly, I mean we had a grief lancer weekend last weekend.

Cypher, when you get angry it allows comes across to me like you are intentionally being crazy for laughs. And I love that. But if you actually do get that genuinely angry, then I am sorry if I have egged you on. I don't think I have but at the very least, I think you should know you are  a very entertaining personality in vent and a great clannie. I am sure that the grienf cypher weekend was a joke meant to be in good taste and fun, and if you don't take it that way I'm sorry.

I did not mean to call you out personally Cypher, in retrospect I know you catch a lot of flak in Vent simply because you are known as "that guy who yells and is funny". That sometimes leads to people in the lobby being inadvertently disrespectful for lols... And it's not cool IMO, it happens to GA as well and it really shouldn't. It alienates people who have every right to be respected within the community.

I'm sorry for scheduling the Weekend, I scheduled it with only good intentions (as a joke) and now I can see it was a stupid thing to do if those outside the NEKPED NATION got wind of it. It was silly.

From now on all player-insinuated events will be directed at me. There has even been a grief NEKPED weekend scheduled. I apologize for bringing you grief.

I took this a little harder than I should have, I've discussed this over vent with people and frankly, it's cool.  I find myself getting frustrated with a lot of things that I end up having to laugh about, so when I'm finally free to laugh, I get angry ... it's weird, and usually I have fun anyway. Sorry for being a drama lama.

Ultimate Necro, but I just found this today. But I respect the community a little more for having this thread, and think it needs to be bumped so more people will catch on.

And btw, Cypher is a blast playing against. One aggro engie with a wrench making a full team think twice about advancing is a thing to behold.

I know it is dumb, but I do think people should see that griefing in vent has repercussions. And the griefing was why I got ticked off to the point I de-railed my own app, it's just not something a community like this should do, it brings everyone in it down. If it starts something then I apologize.
