Hacks

The hacks/glitches for X-Box are getting out of control:
Skywalking
Anti-Gravity
Friendly Fire
Turrets in walls/floors
Half Life 2 exploding barrels.

Today I played some d-bag (meathook? or meatbag) that hacked so he could: skywalk, run through walls, couldn't die, and crit every shot. On top of that he was able to mod his xbox so that when I tried to click to avoid him it said I was unable to do so because we hadn't played yet.
I'm getting sick of these 12 year olds coming onto xbox live and hacking non-stop, it just shows how much of n00bs they are when they cant win so they have to hack.
If you have any rediculous hack stories you should let it be known, also let me know who they are so I can avoid them.

Just gonna say it once before everyone else says it.....

Get the PC version....Servers can be moderated and hackers are kicked and banned VERY quickly.

I actually just bought the game like a week ago, but my computer can't handle it even though I meet all the requirements.
I have a windows xp, directx 9 vid card, dsl, etc...
But if I join a game it either: lags for a little bit then crashes, or I will be able to play for like 3 minutes and then it will crash and a blue screen comes up saying  I need to change my BIOS setting to not cache or shadow. I've tried to fix it but it doesn't work.
So I guess I will have to just deal with the hacks for now...
Maybe I should try to hack my xbox to play team fort on my computer... that would be sweet.

The problem is it's too easy to do, and the information is readily available. After spendning a few minutes with my mates x-box ( i dont personally own one ) i could see the basis of the hacks (the file that needed to be modified).

Yeah I'm sure not only 12 year old kids hack, its just the majority of people hackers that I meet are younger kids. Granted most of the kids only skywalk so it's not the end of the world.
So I would call what I said an "educated generalization".....

Friend me though, and if I come back from PC (which I should in a couple weeks time), I'll go host some games for ya.

You ought to post a DXDiag in the Tech Support forum; someone can defintiey help you.
