A story of a great company gone under, and a PC port that never was, gets some closure.  I wont provide any more details than what you can find with a little bit of effort on wikipedia or the port's website, so here's the link:

Yaaay!

We should start a Co-op group on steam, so we can get some people to play with.

If it's free I need to feed my hunger for HL after I beat all the ones on OB.

Decay be relased.  The site provides a rapidshare download of an executable installer.  Just choose your half-life folder to install it to and restart steam afterwords and it pops up on your games list.  When you start up the game, you must play the first mission dy_accident1 and progress from there (The subsequent levels are unlocked as you go).

Interestingly enough, when you play single-player, it createsa local lan game with a bot, which can be switched to with the 'g' key.  You must download the half-life dedicated server to play co-op, but it is done (Just read the instructions).

Go to Steam and click on the Tools tab.  Right click the HL1 Dedicated server (The one with the orange lambda symbol, not the yellow HL2 version).  Read the instructions on the Decay page on how to use it for Co-op play.  Remember that you must have HL1 installed on your machine to play Decay.

EDIT: To be clear, you must have the original HL1 installed, not the source version.

Well, if you don't have the original Half Life installed, then I see no reason to care about Decay.  I'd assumed that most of us are actually into the Half-Life series and would appreciate this content.  You wouldn't have any reason to play an aged shooter if you didn't care about the series, right?
