Handing .nato leadership over to Ladykiller

Probably not a surprise to most people, but I've been too busy lately to do enough for .nato. Since Ladykiller has always helped out with organising the squad, it made sense to ask Lady to take on leadership of the .nato squad so that we can get on with getting scrims etc.

[Yes, I know Lady's not actually based in the EU, but that's one of the reasons we're NATO rather than the Euros - we've got a couple of members from across the pond, and Lady's done lots already for the squad.]

Everyone's been very patient with my failorganisation, but I think Lady can actually get some stuff done. I'm still part of the squad, I've still got admin and stuff like that and can help organise things - but Lady's now top dawg.

Not much is really going to change, so no worries folks. Cas will still be around. I'm just going to pick up the duty of finding us some scrims and so forth.
