Okay, some background info.
My ISP is old and not well maintained, my max download/upload is 45kbps, always.
Recently, just a few days ago, I have noticed that my torrents have been a lot slower.
However, my other internet (if i download something off firefox) stays solid at ~45kbps.
Most of the time now, I can barely get Utorrent to download anything over 10kbps, even if I run multiple torrents.
I can assure you that all of my neccesary ports are forwarded, and I even ran a ISP Torrent Throttling test, which came back with these results.
