Heavy's Intelligence level?

Is he stupid, or just not fluent in english, both seem possible. However, just hearing or reading the heavy voice commands on TF2Wiki makes me lol.

Hey GA, what's with the spring fist in that picture?

that picture was from a trading card that's suppose to be a marketing tool for valve. thats why they have the spring boxing gloves because it was intended to be out before the game to advertise. but it just never worked out for them.

btw the heavy isnt stupid, stupid people play heavy, have to be smart to be successful. how do guys think he could afford a big gun without any signs of education under his belt?
