Help with Medic Auto-Heal Script

So, i've used Cyn's auto heal script, and that works great. however, when i quick switch to the BLUT, it fires without me pressing M1, and stops when i click. I can stop this by switching to the 'saw, but once i start healing again it resets.
Heres the script:

Hah, that was the way I learned to play. Only recently I started using the competitive cfg and I have to actually click to fire it again.

To be honest I miss it autofiring, was really nice because the second I flipped it out it was already firing.
