How To Kill With A Taunt

How does one kill with a taunt?

Is this class specific?

Press G with a weapon (Flaregun, Shotgun, Fists) while pointing at somebody. 
The fists have a short range, all the others are melee range.

So far it has been given to every class who has been given an unlock except the Medic.  It's yet to be seen if they are doing this with the Scout (though he definitely has an animation for it)

You simply line up an enemy in front of you and do the Pyro's Hadoduken Animation or the Heavy's Finger Canon "Pow" taunt, and if someone is in front of you within a defined distance, they are instantly killed.  I think you can even do this and kill your aggressor during humiliation.

You can also aim the Heavy taunt, just use your crosshair and then taunt,

The only reason you would think that is because the class move ungodly slow and the server will lie to you, telling you are far enough away from him not to get hit and then POW EXTENDO ARMS!

When in reality you were at the right distance for the other player, because he hadn't seen you move yet. Basic principles of lag and the server guessing where you are.
