Actually, these only sound like arguments that Chro would make.  In reality, he would say

1. Spy is poorly balanced with a secondary weapon that is good only against one class.  This must be fixed.
2. I don't mind if you guys have fun, but I won't have fun until Valve fixes this broken game.  This is very, VERY important.
3. I have almost a decade of experience with the nine-class format, Valve needs to take my advice and fix everything broken with TF2 in the manner that I have suggested in the past and will continue to do so.

Just wanted to get that out there.
