I assisted an enemy?

I was playing dustbowl today and was on defense. It was a 32 man, 5 second respawn, medics start with 25% charge and teleporters had no charge time, so it was a bit chaotic. The next thing I knew I had assited a spy in sapping some engineer buildings. But that spy was on the other team. My name was in blue on the killbar even though I was on RED team. Is that a glitch or is it supposed to happen? Also, do I get any points or anything?

I'm going to assume you're not kidding.

Yes, that is supposed to happen. If you uber someone and they're disguising as a spy, it will show their true team color and you will assist anyone who gets killed by said spy and you get no points for that. Just humiliation. (i've play tested this before on SourceOps servers)
