A cousin of mine got the swine flu. He only had a fever for two days, symptoms gone in three. He had to wait a few more days to make sure it was no longer contagious. It's just not as big a deal as people make it.

My university's just started a strict procedure for swine flu people; one girl in my residence hall who caught it just left apparently (I overheard it outside my dorm by crouching down near the vent at my door and praying my roommate didn't come back and hit my head with the door).  They have you pack your things and leave campus quietly and without telling anyone.  That didn't work, eh? xP

Also, my sister, who works at Sephora, just found out three of her co-workers ended up with Swine Flu.  For those of you who don't know, Sephora is a cosmetics store, and they regularly leave samples out for customers to try...

My roommate claims there's a difference between swine flu and normal flu, but I don't see it.
