Increased Heal Rate?

Hi!
While I was playing medic on the TF2F #2 server, I noticed that I can heal faster than normal.

I know about "The Medigun Healing Ramp"
"So if you're healing a target who's been hurt less than 10 seconds ago, you'll only be getting the base heal rate of 24 health a second. If the target was hurt 12.5 seconds ago, you'll be healing at 48 health a second. If the target hasn't been hurt for over 15 seconds, you'll be getting the maximum heal rate of 72 health a second."

But this is different. I can't tell the exact rate, but it seems like I'm ALWAYS healing at (or close to) 48 hp/s, even if my target was hurt less than a few seconds ago. It's funny, because I get much more points just for healing people and it's easier to keep them alive.

How is this possible?
Does anyone else have this "feature"?

1. it could be because you are playing with better players that know when to retreat rather then charge headlong into death.
2. you have a better ping and/or  FPS which makes it looks like it is going faster then it really is.
3. you have been taking crazy pills.

I'm more apt to believe Thisbymaster's #1 reason, because you state you're on a TF2F server, so we know it's not a server-side mod.

1. Well, yeah better and knowledgeable players for sure, but I spend most time healing the frontlines. They cannot possibly all happen to be shot 12.5 seconds ago.
2. Actually my ping is worse on TF2F servers, because I live in germany. Ping is never below 100.
3. *sniffsmedigun*

There is no doubt, my healing rate is definitely faster.

Maybe your lag is so bad, that it takes 12.5 seconds for the Medigun to engage?  Honestly, you've been huffin the Medigun fumes too much.  Unless you hack, you're healing at the same rate everyone else is.

Ok, I checked out the server, I play on most of the time, and counted the seconds I need to buff a freshly respawned heavy (150 hp). It seems YOU are suffering from highspeed-healing-chauvinism. It takes 6 seconds to buff a heavy on my fav server, which fits to the normal 24 hp/s heal rate. But on the TF2F servers (and also some other servers I've played on), it takes only 3 seconds to buff a heavy -> 48 hp/s. And as far as I know, ALL medics on these servers heal at 48 hp/s.
So you are right. I am healing at the same rate as everyone else is. But that doesn't make it right. At that rate, it's almost ridiculously easy to be a good medic and get the highest score with like 30 points difference. Not that it's important. Just to show you.

As far as I and probably everyone else knows, there are no modifications on the TF2F servers.  They are pure servers with only some admin mods and custom maps and stats.  Other than that, you're looking at the official release, so there's nothing wrong with our servers.  1 or all 3 of Thisby's reasons is correct.  Is your favorite server an instant respawn? Because depending on what map you're playing on ours, it can be well over 10 seconds since the person was damaged, meaning an increased heal rate.  (You said respawned, so I take it it wasn't tested at the start of the map before they could be damaged at all?)  I play a good-enough medic, but not regularly enough to tell you what's going on, but I can tell you it can't be with our servers as far as I know of.
