Looking for a Non-Expensive Around-Ear Headset that's Not at all Scratchy (If I can get a deal for 2, then that's good)

Short Story: My half a decade old headphones finally broke.  A plastic hinge snapped, making them unwearable.  To fix the hinge I'd have to find some little piece of plastic that went flying, and I'm not willing to dig through my entire room looking for it.  All I've got around are a couple crappy microphones that get static if their wires are moved much at all while using them; so I've decided to try and find a headset instead of rebuying the same headphones.

What I'm looking for in a Headset:
Good/Great Audio (I'm no audiophile, but I want stuff to sound nice)
Decent Price $30 is ideal, but $60 tops probably (I want good/great audio, but I'm no audiophile, it doesn't have to be perfect, but it needs to not sound at all canned either)
Good Microphone (No static, and easily understandable)
Around-Ear (I can't stand in-ear or on-ear, it absolutely has to encircle my ear in padding with a well in the middle so it's not pressing up against my ear much, otherwise I'd rather just rebuy my old headphones than get a headset)
Adjustable (Both the length of the arch, and the position of the microphone)

If I can find a deal for getting two, then that's great.  My sister also needs a headset.

Overall, I'm basically looking for a version of my old headphones in headset form.
My old headphones are the Koss UR/29 model, which are about $30.

Since somebody is probably going to ask about usage:
Chatting while playing,
Practicing Gaelic (my sister),
Listening for Spahs.

Ok, this is the only thing that fairly fits what I'm looking for so far:
Sennheiser-PC151

Can anybody tell me if it's any good?

It's Saturday (Sunday now, but whatever).
It's Labor Day weekend.

You just need to wait a little while for people to see this, Mage. Repeatedly bumping it won't do any good.

YES I REALIZE THAT BY TYPING THIS I'M BUMPING BUT WHATEVER I'M GOING TO BED.

I've been rolling with this logitech one, and it's worked great for 2 years now. Good sound, and good mic reception. It's got a volume control on it as a little bonus as well.

I always recommend the e-dimensional audiofx headphones. They sound gloriously awesome.
The microphone is sturdy, and sounds fine.

these babies also have insane bass due to the internal subwoofer. I can hear anything and everything, including cloaked spies walking.

The LED's are just an added bonus to the awesome

This looks great.
The bass is definitely a plus, and the ear-cups look to be just the right size.
I'm liking the price too.

@TheRileyDuo:
Those look good, but I'm a bit worried they would press on the top of my ears a bit.  It's not that big an issue, but it starts to bother me when I'm playing for a long time.

Both, thanks for the suggestions.
