New info;

Updated Dustbowl to fix not being able to jump into the window in the first building of the second stage

You now find new and old items as you play, instead of through achievements

Added "sv_allow_voice_from_file" convar, which defaults to 1. When set to 0, it'll prevent clients from using the "voice_inputfromfile" feature to broadcast wav files over voice

Enabled "sv_allow_wait_command" convar, which defaults to 1. When set to 0, it'll prevent clients from using the "wait" command

Wow this a HUGE update has some pretty insane changes. Each time they upgrade a class, they get better and better.

So basically if you do the achievements you can unlock the weapons, or you can pick them up from people who have gotten them already?

I understand that right?

Valve has screwed up. The respect they built up with this update has been smashed in one fell swoop by random weapon pickups. remove it, and they'll get it back. Till then, they fucked up. Big time.

1. I'm mad that we didn't get hats. They said that the hats would be ready by the Sniper update.
2. I'm confused about how we get weapons now. 
3. I welcome the ability to put out fires with the compression blast. The pyro must be really good at finessing that airblast so he (she) doesn't put out the flames on his (her) enemies.

Random isn't bad, but the fact yo ucan re unlock is fail plus the % chance is so low
