The whole - recently damaged healing...thing...How is it affected by ubers? If I activate uber on someone who is at 1/2 health, but hasn't been damaged in forever, and they get hit by a rocket while ubered - Will I keep healing them as though they hadn't been damaged, or does it drop my hps?

And how much % does switching targets drop my uber? Does it only drop it extra if I was just ubering someone else, or will it not penalize me if I had a second long gap or something?

Man, that was a nightmare of punctuation. I'm sorry.

I'm not sure what you're trying to ask in the first part. While you're ubering somebody, getting hit by a rocket does nothing to them, they're invincible. It doesn't matter what health they were at before you started ubering somebody. And if they get damaged while you're healing them you don't lose health unless you're hit too.

I don't think switching targets drops your percentage of uber at all.

Hps = healing per second?

If so, probably no it doesn't drop hps in question 1.

1. The hps of the Medic depends on how recently your target has been damaged. While ubered, hits will not reset this

2. There is a penalization, though I don't know the exact amount. What I do know, however, is that you should switch slowly, as the uber effect lasts longer than the quick drain

The penalization, I'm pretty sure, isn't when you switch Ubers, it's when you Uber more than one target. For example, you have ten seconds of uber. You start ubering a demoman, but halfway through, you switch to a soldier. The demoman stays invincible for (let's just say) 1 second with flickering uber. That 1 second counts as 2 because 2 people are using your uber, leaving you with 9 seconds of uber.

I don't think damage while being ubered resets the healing rate. I haven't actually tested it, but when I heal medics while they're ubering others, I notice that my rate of healing is usually faster than the base amount. I wouldn't expect to see this as often if damage while invulnerable reset their healing rate.
