This guide will cover all the Scout Achievements.
It will include ratings for Difficulty, Luck, Time, and Teamplay needed for each Achievement.
It will also include a Handy Tip for each Achievement.
Starting from the top left going down and then going back up to the top right and going down till the end:
A Year to Remember: Get 2004 lifetime kills.
Difficulty: Simple
Luck: None
Time: Very Long
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Try to play on servers with less players, or hunt down lone players on larger servers.
Artful Dodger: Dodge 1000 damage in a single life using your Bonk! Atomic Punch.
Difficulty: Medium?
Luck: Some
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: If you're using Bonk! on a consistant basis, you should get this naturally if you have a long life. Otherwise, try to skirt around enemies at a moderate distance, and continue pestering them until you get the achievement.
Batter Up: Perform 1000 double jumps.
Difficulty: Non-existant
Luck: None
Time: Short to Long
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Beware of Ceilings.
Batting the Doctor: Kill a Medic that is ready to deploy an ÜberCharge.
Difficulty: Medium
Luck: Moderate
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Positive
Tip: Try to flank. Just avoid letting them pop an ubercharge before you get to kill them; you've gotta sneak somewhat unless they've got Kritz.
Beanball: Stun a scout with their own ball.
Difficulty: Easy to Hard?
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral / Positive
Tip: Defend a teammate who's playing a slow class. Be ready to bat back any balls coming towards them and you should be able to get this.
Belittled Beleauger: Kill an opposing player that has your intelligence while holding theirs.
Difficulty: Easy
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Negative / Neutral
Tip: This sort of situation will happen on it's own eventually. Trying to get it is just going to hurt your team; so don't.
Block the Plate: Block 50 point captures.
Difficulty: Simple
Luck: None
Time: Moderate
Teamplay: Positive
Tip: From what I know whenever you block the Cart while it's being pushed on a Payload map it should count for this. So just dance around that cart as much as you can.
Brushback: Stun 50 enemies while they are capturing a point or pushing the cart.
Diffuculty: Simple to Easy?
Luck: None
Time: Long
Teamplay: Positive
Tip: A Larger Payload map should be good for this. As in Badwater Basin. The various locations where you can look over the cart on Goldrush should also work well.
Caught Napping: Kill 50 enemies from behind with the Force-A-Nature.
Difficulty: Easy?
Luck: Some
Time: Long
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Again, Flank. If they see you coming then you probably aren't going to kill them from behind. You'll also need to get pretty close up if you hope to one hit them; preventing them from getting a chance to turn around.
Closer: Destroy 3 teleporter entrances.
Difficulty: Easy
Luck: Some
Time: Short
Teamplay: Neutral / Positive
Tip: If you can sneak past the main force (very easy to do as a Scout if you know the map well) then this is a cinch as long as there's teleporter entrances to be found back at their spawn.
Doctoring the Ball: Kill 3 enemies while under the effects of a Medic's ÜberCharge.
Difficulty: Medium
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Negative / Neutral
Tip: All you need is a cooperative Medic and a small group of enemies. Kritz is probably your best bet at getting this.
Dodgers 1, Giants 0: Kill an enemy Heavy and take his Sandvich.
Difficulty: Simple
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Play Arena and it should be fairly easy to find yourself a nom-noming Heavy.
Fall Classic: Cause an environmental death or suicide using the Force-A-Nature's knockback.
Difficulty: Easy?
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Should be VERY easy to get on the final point of Steel. Other than that, just keep an eye out for places that would allow you to knock somebody down to their death. It would seem that to get this you just have to finish somebody off with the Force-A-Nature, so if Gman happens to be suiciding whenever he's going to be killed as a Spy, make sure you get a shot off at him.
First Blood: Get the first kill in an Arena match.
Difficulty: Easy to Medium
Luck: Some
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Negative / Neutral
Tip: Instead of kamikaze-ing, try to get this off somebody who does such.
First Blood, Part 2: Kill 5 enemies with the First Blood crit buff.
Difficulty: Hard to Very Hard?
Luck: Some
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: If you get First Blood then just go apeshit on the other team if you hope to get this...not sure how long the First Blood Kritz lasts, but it's probably not very long.
Foul Territory: Cause an environmental death by stunning an enemy.
Difficulty: Medium
Luck: LOTS
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Play Well. <The Map
Gun Down: Destroy an active sentry gun using your pistol.
Difficulty: Easy
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: If you find a lone sentry, just wittle it's health away from a distance. If it's in a location where this wouldn't be possible, then try to find a Spy buddy to help you out by sticking a sapper on the thing.
If You Build It: Destroy 3 enemy buildings while they are still under construction.
Difficulty: Simple
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: Very Short to Moderate
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: A single close up Scattergun Blast will destroy anything under construction. All you need is an Enemy Engineer trying to set something up and you're good to go.
I'm Bat Man: Survive 500 damage in one life.
Difficulty: Medium
Luck: Some
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Negative / Neutral
Tip: Know where healthpacks are, and just pester your enemies from a moderate distance. Doing such you should get this without too much trouble.
Moon Shot: Stun an enemy for the maximum possible duration by hitting them with a long-range ball.
Difficulty: Simple?
Luck: A Little
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Piece of Cake on the home stretch of Dustbowl. But if you're on the attacking team on any push map then this should be quite easily done.
No Hitter: Steal and then capture the enemy intelligence without firing a shot.
Difficulty: Easy
Luck: Some
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Negative
Tip: Do this on a server that isn't too crowded. Otherwise this'll be hell to get.
Out of the Park: Bat an enemy 25 meters.
Difficulty: Easy
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Negative / Neutral
Tip: All you need is a critical hit with a bat to kill somebody and this isn't too hard to get.
Pop Fly: Kill 20 players while double-jumping.
Difficulty: Easy
Luck: None
Time: Short to Long
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Just jump around while attacking. Nothing much else to it.
Quick Hook: Kill a player in Well before the round starts.
Difficulty: Easy to Medium
Luck: Some
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Use the Force-A-Nature to get up and over the carts.
Race for the Pennant: Run 25 kilometers.
Difficulty: Non-Existant
Luck: None
Time: Short to Moderate
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Play large maps and you'll get this all the sooner.
Retire the Runner: Kill a Scout while they are snared by the post-dodge slowdown effect.
Difficulty: Simple
Luck: Heavily Dependant
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Just wait and you'll find yourself in this situation pretty quickly.
Round Tripper: Capture the enemy intelligence 25 times.
Difficulty: Medium
Luck: Some
Time: Moderate to Very Long
Teamplay: Positive
Tip: Play on small servers.
Set the Table: Initiate 10 point captures that ultimately succeed.
Difficulty: Simple
Luck: A Little
Time: Short to Long
Teamplay: Positive
Tip: All you need to do is be first to the point.
Side Retired: Capture the last point in a CP map.
Difficulty: Simple
Luck: A Little
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Positive
Tip: Be there when the last point goes down.
Stealing Home: Start capping a capture point within a second of it becoming available.
Difficulty: Easy to Medium
Luck: Some
Time: One Life
Teamplay: Variable
Tip: Be at the next point when your team's at the last one. You'll get the achievement instantly.
Strike Zone: Kill 50 enemies while they are stunned.
Difficulty: Easy to Medium?
Luck: None or LOTS
Time: Moderate to Very Long
Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Work with another Scout and this should be a snap.
The Big Hurt: Stun 25 ÜberCharged enemies.
Difficulty: Medium
Luck: A Little
Time: Very Long

Tip: One Word - Setup
The Cycle: In a single life, kill an enemy while you are on the ground, in the air, and in the water.
Difficulty: Medium

Tip: If you get a kill while you're in the water, then try to get a kill while jumping. Do this and it's a simple matter to just get one more kill with your feet stepping on firm ground.
Triple Play: Capture three capture points in a row in one life.
Difficulty: Medium to Very Hard

Teamplay: Neutral
Tip: Play on a small server.
Triple Steal: Capture the enemy intelligence 3 times in a single CTF round.
Difficulty: Hard to Very Hard
Luck: Some
